Travel insurance is compulsory and should include an evacuation policy. We advise that your policy include trip cancellation and loss, or damage to personal effects.

30% deposit is required on booking. This is non refundable. The balance is to be paid 30 days before the charter start date.

Cancellation by the guest will result in loss of deposit and balance of trip costs if 30 days or less before charter start date.

Prices quoted are Medan-Medan and do not include international flights.

Minimum of 8 guests per charter.

Maximum number of guests 12 per charter.

No refunds are given for days lost or trip cancellation due to inclement weather, political conditions or other unforeseen events.

If Holidays with Purpose cancels the trip for reasons other than the above a replacement trip will be offered to the guest.

Holidays with Purpose retains the right to change any aspect of the itinerary due to external influences. If these changes result in extra costs and are beyond the control of Holidays with Purpose, the guests will be charged accordingly.

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from departure date.

A one month tourist visa is available on entry to Indonesia for nationals of Australia, United States, South Africa, Brazil, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Italy, Japan, and France. There is a fee of $25 US dollars that must be paid in cash ($US only) on arrival.

Holidays with Purpose takes no responsibility for guests entering Indonesia without the correct visa.

Holidays with Purpose takes no responsibility for any baggage including: fees incurred, damage or misplaced baggage in transit to and from the boat.

Holidays with Purpose will not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may occur on route to and from the boat or during the charter period.

Signing of a participation form accepting associated risks and releasing the owners and crew of any liability connected to these risks is a pre-requisite to leaving port.
