In 2010 our “Purpose” will revolve around the creation of a vocational training centre for the Pondok Rahmat Children’s Home in Gunungsitoli, Nias. The centre will provide additional training for the children from the home as they graduate from high school and for other financially disadvantaged children from the surrounding area. Help us to equip them with the necessary skills to earn a living and escape the clutches of poverty.
After your time spent working in the centre you can head off for an adventure you will never forget. Surf the famous Lagundri Bay or head further off the beaten track to the Hinako Islands or Afulu where you will find perfect uncrowded waves, village culture and beautiful beaches.
In South Nias you can experience the wonders of the UNESCO world Heritage listed cultural villages and their centuries old monolithic culture.
We can also assist you in arranging trips to Lake Toba or the Orangutan rehabilitation centre at Bukit Lawang north of Medan.
